Most of our memberships are automatically billed and renewed on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscribers will receive a notice about twenty days before the renewal date. You can cancel your membership at any time and you will maintain access to the Streaming Room™ through the end of your billing period. To cancel, select the ACCOUNT or LOG IN/LOG OUT option from the top main menu (it is the right-most menu item). Then navigate to your SUBSCRIPTIONS by selecting that tab. Alternately, you can request a cancellation by emailing hello (at) mediarichlearning (dot) com.

Recurring memberships may be canceled by the user at any time and will remain active through the end of the subscription period. Alternately, a request-for-cancellation may be made by emailing hello (at) mediarichlearning (dot) com. Automatically-billed monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. It is the subscriber's (or subscribing institution's) responsibility to ensure a continuing subscription is authorized. Automatically-billed annual, and multi-year subscriptions are non-refundable. However, subscribers may receive a credit for later use, if a request is made within five (5) days of a subscription renewal.

Generally, the videos are not available for download. If your institution lacks adequate bandwidth for smooth playback, contact us about a self-hosting license. We also offer DVDs in our online store.

For teachers who employ YouTube or other means to share videos with their students, we will, on occasion, provide written permission to do so. This requires an extended license agreement and is subject to per-view charges based on anticipated and actual stream views. Generally, we require a monetary deposit and will bill quarterly for verified usage. Please contact us for details.

For a complete explanation of our Streaming Room™ license, please read our terms and conditions. Briefly, our standard licenses are designed for face-to-face instruction and include public performance rights for single classroom use. Instructors are also welcome to access the programs from home (e.g. for lesson preparation), however offsite student access is NOT included in standard memberships. Our PREMIUM subscriptions are "site" licenses that allow all instructors, administrators, and students both in-building and offsite access.

They probably do. Our programs are carried by most streaming distributors who serve the K-12, post-secondary, and school and public library markets. If you can't find our programs in their catalog, contact us and we'll see if we can arrange for Media Rich Learning programs to be added to their content collection.
